Jaime Hendricks
Office Manager Hi, I’m Jaime Hendricks. I joined Gaiser Financial Group in June of 2010 as the Office Manager. I am thrilled to be working in a positive environment where we are helping people achieve their financial goals. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Media Advertising and a minor in Marketing/ Management. After graduation, I was an administrative assistant for Ciba Specialty Chemicals. After five years, when my first son was born, I left Ciba as a full-time employee, though I continued helping them as a freelance writer on several projects. As a stay-at-home mom for nineteen years, I was very busy raising my children and volunteering. For six years I volunteered with the March of Dimes, working on their annual Chef’s Auction fundraiser. I served on the committee at my son’s preschool and I have been involved in the PTA in various capacities as my children went from elementary school to high school. But my most rewarding volunteer work was tutoring students in reading at our local schools. I have been a member of Guilford Park Presbyterian church for 25 years. Over the years, I have been very involved, serving on the Presbyterian Women’s board and many committees. I have taught Sunday school and been a middle school youth advisor. I am an ordained elder and have served on Session for three terms. I am currently on the Presbyterian Campus Ministry board, which services University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Greensboro College, and Guilford College. I have been married to my husband; Ed, since 1987 and we have two sons. My eldest, Ethan, attends the University of North Carolina and my youngest son, Parker, will attend the University of Alabama in the fall. In my spare time I enjoy tennis, gardening, hiking, biking, and spending time with friends and family. 
Jeff McKay
Marketing Director Hi, I’m Jeff McKay. I first became involved with Gaiser Financial Group at its inception in January of 2009 as the Graphic Designer. At that time, I designed and created the company’s corporate identity and all printed works. I re-joined Gaiser Financial Group full-time in July of 2011 as the Marketing Director. I am elated to be working at a growth-oriented organization with a team dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and secure their financial futures. I graduated Phi Theta Kappa, from Guilford Tech, with an Applied Sciences degree in Advertising and Graphic Design. I served in Student Government as the Promotions Representative, responsible for maintaining and operating all campus posting kiosks. My education exposed me to a variety of graphic design concepts including combining art and technology, integrating words and images, to effectively communicate a message to an audience. I also became an expert in the tools of the trade, such as: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, QuickShow, and general photography. I have 13 years of sales management experience with several companies including Kirkland’s, All About Pets, Inc., and American Eagle. During that time my responsibilities included providing leadership and managing all store operations and personnel. Among my main goals were maximizing sales and profits as well as maintaining superior guest relations. These experiences, spanning multiple industries, demanded my innate creativity and gave me the opportunity to innovate, exercise my decision-making ability, and act independently. Family and friends are very important to me. I believe my strong support system allows me to achieve positive results in my life, personally and professionally. And I relish the opportunity to give support to loved ones when I have the opportunity. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, dancing, swimming, camping and hiking with my two dogs, Alexis and Andi.
